K-4 CHRISTMAS PROGRAM DECEMBER 10

Trinity Christian K-4th grade students hold their Christmas program, Behind the Manger Scenes, Friday, Dec. 10, at 9:30 a.m. (practice and school show), 6:30 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. ALL students in kindergarten through fourth grade are required to be at EVERY performance. Students need to arrive by 6 p.m. for the evening performances. Doors open at 5:30 p.m.

We have decided to have two performances in the evening to enable more family members and friends from over 120 TCS families, with children in the program, to be able to see the show. We foresee these shows both being full houses as well! We ask that everyone follow the plan below so that we can ensure seating for everyone to enjoy this wonderful program.

If your youngest student is in kindergarten or 1st grade, please attend the 6:30 p.m. performance. If your youngest student is in 2nd-4th grade, please attend the 7:30 p.m. performance.

We will offer coffee, doughnuts and cookies in the gym, 6:30-8 p.m., for parents as a place to fellowship and hang out in case you would rather not leave and run back and forth while your children perform. The performances will last approximately 35 minutes each. All children are required to perform at both evening show times. Students will return to their classrooms between shows and stay with their teachers until called back on stage. Our evening should conclude no later than 8:15 p.m.

We understand this is a little different, but we really want to enable all grandparents and siblings to attend this program if they would like to. Keep an eye out for further reminders from Mrs. Tanka and teachers too.

We look forward to hearing the children sing and tell of the importance of this Christmas season in this program that they and Mrs. Tanka have been working so hard on. Please remember, if you have multiple children we ask that you attend the showtime of the youngest child. We ask that everyone respects these guidelines and that parents only attend their assigned show to avoid overcrowding.

Thank you very much!
