Scrip FAQ

How do I reach the $200 obligation? Your $200 fundraising obligation requires you earn $200 in rebate dollars to the school.  Rebate dollars are a small percentage from your total spent in gift cards that gets donated back to Trinity.  The amount you spend in gift cards and the amount of rebate dollars are not proportional.

How do I get started with Scrip?
First sign and return the Scrip Policies and Procedures form. Then go to www.shopwithscrip.com to set up your account.

How do I pay for my purchase?
All orders must be paid for online. There is a nominal fee for this service of 15 cents. No paper orders or checks will be accepted at the school.

Why do you require orders to be paid for online?
By requiring orders to be placed and paid for online, we are eliminating the potential for errors, misplaced orders and lost checks. You can also place your order anytime day or night and know that it is complete and there is nothing else you need to do.

When is my order due?
Generally all orders are due on Mondays by 9:00am, unless noted on the school calendar. Late orders cannot be accepted.

When will I receive my order?
Generally, orders are distributed on Thursday afternoon. View the operating schedule to determine the actual schedule.

How do I know how much I have earned for the school?
You can view how much you have earned for the school each time you login to your account at www.shopwithscrip.com .

Can I use Scrip to pay department store charge balances?
A few retailers allow you to pay charge account balances with scrip, but generally speaking, most do not. We can search the online participating retailers list for specific information on which retailers do and do not accept scrip for charge account balances. Contact us and we will search that for you.

Does it cost me anything to participate?
The only cost associated with this program is the 39 cent fee assessed when an order is paid for online.

What happens if something I order is out of stock?
Occasionally, our supplier may temporarily run out of a particular certificate. When that happens, the item is placed on backorder and will ship it with the next order.
