Are you a certified teacher who loves teaching elementary school age children? We are seeking an enthusiastic elementary teacher for the 2019-20 school year. Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and a current state teaching certification. The teacher must believe that the Bible is God's Word and is the standard for faith and daily living. You also must be in agreement with Trinity Christian School's mission and philosophy of education. The teacher is responsible for teaching the core subjects and shall prayerfully help students learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible.
Full-Time Middle School Social Studies Teacher
We are seeking a full-time, enterprising, middle school social studies teacher for the 2019-20 school year. Qualified candidates will have at least a bachelor’s degree and current teaching certification. A Social Science Endorsement is preferred but not required. The teacher must believe that the Bible is God's Word and must be in agreement with Trinity Christian School's mission and philosophy of education. A successful candidate will teach 6–8 grade level Social Studies. Applicants should have a passion for engaging middle school students in the process of learning government, geography, history, economics, civic ideals, and current events. Duties include: Instructing students through lectures, discussions and activities. Assessing students' abilities, strengths and weaknesses. Preparing, administering and grading tests to evaluate students' progress.
Substitute Teachers Needed
We are seeking substitute teachers for the coming school year. Substitutes must be able to step into a classroom environment to teach on short notice. A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required and a teaching certification or substitute license is preferred. Qualified substitutes must believe that the Bible is God's Word and standard for faith and daily living and must be in agreement with Trinity Christian School's mission and philosophy of education.
